This study aims to measure the extent which employee competencies represented by training, soft skills and hard affect performance. also describes new findings as a development of previous research. The method used is descriptive quantitative with total 100 respondents from CV. Sentosa’s employees. independent variable (X) in this Training, Soft Skill, Hard Skill. Meanwhile, dependent (Y) Employee Performance. results showed that X’s variables had significant positive effect on partial test indicate ability has less increasing shows an R2 value 0.682 means model able provide explanation various variations 68%.
